By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Terms of Use (EULA)

Eligibility / Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your location) to use the app and subscription features.

Subscriptions & Trials

The app offers subscription plans through Apple in-app purchases:

• Weekly plan: includes a 7-day free trial, followed by the weekly subscription price shown in the app.
• Annual plan: no free trial; billed annually at the price shown in the app.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the trial/period. To help avoid unwanted renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial/period (timing depends on Apple's subscription management system).

Billing and subscription management are handled by Apple (including updating payment details and cancelling). You authorize Apple to charge your payment method for the subscription you select.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies for subscriptions.

Trial & Access Control

Access to subscription features depends on whether you have an active subscription (or an eligible trial) through Apple. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and should not be relied on to be reset by uninstalling or reinstalling the app.

Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy (see: https://www.6ixdesign.com.au/privacy.html). The app is designed to operate without collecting personal information or user data as described in the Privacy Policy, and any specific details are provided there.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access systems or data without permission, or engage in illegal or abusive activity.

Intellectual Property

The app, features, and related materials are owned by us and our licensors (as applicable). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app or its content except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will be limited to the extent allowed under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law or to protect the app and users. You can stop using the app at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
